| Craig Wireless names Rod Vandenbos as chief strategist |

7 March 2010 Craig Wireless Systems Ltd. has named Rod Vandenbos its chief strategist. Vandenbos has over 21 years of technology leadership experience and, for over five years, has been involved with Craig: first as a consultant to Craig Wireless Palm Springs Inc., a subsidiary of the company, then as president of Craig Wireless from June 9, 2009, to the recent title change. “With this new title, Rod will be given the ability and flexibility to devote his time and attention to both short- and long-term opportunities—both domestically and globally—and will allow him to focus on the areas where he can best serve the company,” said T. Boyd Craig, co-CEO of Craig Wireless. Craig added the title “more closely aligns with Mr. Vandenbos’ role and responsibilities to date, and also aligns more closely with the role and titles of his contemporaries in the telecom industry. He will continue to work directly with Drew Craig, co-CEO, and myself to create, communicate, execute and sustain the company’s strategic initiatives.” Boyd and Drew Craig continue in their roles as co-CEOs.
