 Weidmuller’s IP67-rated industrial Ethernet switches are designed to perform in extreme environmental conditions. The housing has a flammability rating of UL94 V0 with industry-standard M12-sealed connection ports. The switches enable you to deploy Ethernet-based control systems directly onto a machine, process or factory floor. The line includes both an unmanaged version and a full-featured managed version, which supports VLAN, QoS, port trunking/mirroring, SNMP and DHCP, is auto crossing/negotiating, and able to perform self-healing connections via RapidRing technology. These switches feature eight 10/100 Ethernet ports along with dual power contacts and a serial interface port for set-up and diagnostics. (Appeared NC September/October 2007)
