23 January 2010 The 2010 BICSI Winter Conference & Exhibition came to a close; the highlight was the third annual Cabling Skills Challenge, and two-time champ Jessie Spearman successfully defended his title for a third consecutive year. Spearman walked away with the honour and $5000.
