Settlement regarding trademark issue on Fujikura fusion splicers PDF Print E-mail

Fujikura Ltd. says that it and Vibrant Technologies Inc. have come to a settlement with regard to the lawsuit Fujikura filed against Vibrant, which revolved around a trademark issue on fusion splicers.

Under the settlement, Vibrant has agreed to stop selling Fujikura fusion splicers that Fujikura asserted were modified from their original manufactured condition. Financial and other terms of the settlement agreement have not been disclosed due to the confidentiality agreements between the parties.
