March 3, 2009 As we reported back on February 20, Ambit Broadband Inc. (operating as “Ambit Microsystems” in the Americas)—a supplier of broadband customer premises equipment (CPE)—is officially rebranded as Ubee Interactive as of today, March 3, 2009.  “Our new name and logo reflect the fact that we are a special company,” said Maria Popo, president of Ubee/Americas. “We’re small enough to be responsive and flexible, but large enough to support the world’s largest broadband service providers.” The Ubee name was introduced via a website relaunch and will spread throughout the company’s materials and products in the coming months. Ubee Interactive will also feature its new look in its display booth (#1313) at THE CABLE SHOW 2009, the National Cable and Telecommunications Association’s (NCTA’s) 58th Annual Convention & International Exposition, April 1-3 in Washington, D.C.
